5* (Healthier) Mac 'n Cheese with Broccoli. Made this for dinner. This is my number 2 mac-n-cheese recipe. Paula Deen's is 1st. All the kids ate it up and thanked me for it. All the other mac-n-cheese recipes I've pinned and tried and said I liked, the kids weren't too crazy about. All but this one and Paula's. I used regular milk and white cheddar in this recipe.
