Preheat your air fryer to 135°C or oven to 160°C (fan 140°C). 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. 3. Warm the milk gently in a saucepan (don’t boil), then slowly pour it into the egg mixture, whisking constantly. 4. Pour into a deep baking dish (or individual ramekins). To cook in the Air Fryer: - Place the baking dish carefully into the air fryer basket. - Air fry at 135°C for 55 minutes, or until just set with a gentle wobble in the centre. - Let cool slightly before chilling.
