Norrona Tamok Jacket (winter 2017) - had the chance to get a thorough testing with this beauty, spent 20 days on the snow this late winter, Alaska heli riding, splitboard touring around La Grave, some resort snowboarding... Full Gore tex with a very smooth face fabric, great lenght (goes all the way down to the upper tights), very confy collar (tightly closed in the cold/wind, unzipped on hot climbs), lots of pockets. All this pretty common, but its killer feature is its relaxed "urban"…

Spark R&D Magneto 14/15 : So I still rides this «older» version of the Spark bindings, and with more than 50 days on the snow I can tell how much satisfied I am with those. They are light, sturdy as hell (a few scratches and lost screw though) and really make the splitboarding experience better. Careful to tighten the screws on the baseplate from time to time, I lost a couple that I had to replace...

Arc'Teryx Quintic 27 - I spent around 150 days on the snow with the older version (FW13). It works particularly well for splitboard touring, and it's one of my favorites to carry the board on my back. Its pocket system needs some time getting used to, with the main compartment being accessible through one of the side pockets, but its so clever that you end up being happy to know him better every day on the snow. Hold rope, water, crampons and all the gear for a full day out in the mountain.

Arc'Teryx Gore-Tex Sabre Bib, my everyday pant to go on the mountain, freeriding, splitboarding, resort riding, anytime you want something light, strong and weather resistant, with great pockets, zips, and a sweet fit. 'Been riding this one for maybe a hundred days and it has e few scratches but still my favourite. I wear a pair of tights underneath of course...

Hovercraft Split - Jones Snowboards : I have been splitboarding with the 156 version (I'm 186cm tall for 90kg) for the past couple seasons. Great versatility, awesome feeling, in the steeps, woods, powder, corn, my everyday split of choice.

Arc'Teryx Lithic Glove - Since I started using those late last season, I almost did not take my Alpha SV anymore, and those where my favorite all time gloves. The Lithic are much more versatile and quick, and less bulky, although maybe a tad less sturdy. More than 50 days on the snow and they still work perfect, on touring days and cold resort sessions. I should probably wash the gore tex soon though.

Evoc FR Guide Team 30L, one of my favorite backpacks, clever straps (great for snowboard attachement), lots of room (shovel/probe, poles, packable down vest, 1L water, spare goggles/gloves, etc.) and great feeling (eg you dont even think of it even when it's packed with gear)
