La religieuse caramel beurre salé de Michalak. Recipe in French. Crémeux caramel: Make a caramel from 105 g sugar, then add 270 g milk and cook a little more. Mix 2 yolks with 20 g maizena, combine with the caramel and put everything on heat for a while. When cooled down, mix in 150 g butter.
