WRAP HEALTHY POULET-AVOCAT 🥑
Ingrédients pour 2: • . • 2 grosses tortillas de blé • 100 grammes de filet de poulet • 100 grammes de fromage blanc à 0% de MG • 1/2 tomate • 1 demi avocat • Une cuillère à café de jus de citron • Quelques pincées de piment en poudre et d’ail en poudre • Quelques pincées de sel et de poivre • Une cuillère à café d'huile d'olive Préparation : • 1. Fais chauffer une poêle en ajoutant l'huile d'olive. Découpe le poulet en petits morceaux, sale, poivre, puis fais cuire 4 à 5 minutes en mélangeant de temps en temps. • 2. Pendant ce temps, découpe la 1/2 tomate et l’avocat en petits morceaux. Dépose le tout dans un petit saladier puis ajoute le jus de citron, le piment en poudre, l’ail, du sel et du poivre. • 3. Ajoute les morceaux de poulet cuits à la préparation, et mélange.
