Here are some of my recommended exercises: 🌟 Seated Diaphragmatic Breathing 🌟 Modified Side Plank 🌟 Kneeling Pillow Squeeze 🌟 Bridge Hold with Arms Overhead Aim to perform these exercises at least three times a week, with a total of four sets for each exercise. Consistency is key to healing and strengthening the upper diastasis recti. Types of Diastasis Recti Separation: Upper Separation: Above the navel. Mid Separation: Around the navel area.
