This is a Mossberg 590 breacher (probably actually listed as a 500 based on experience with OFM firearms) with a factory heatshield and aftermarket magazine extension. There is a receiver mounted picatinny rail with an MRD or RMR type micro reflex sight. Also are an Elzetta light mount, tri-railed forend with Magpul AFG and some sort of handstop, a receiver mounted Mesa Tactical shell carrier, and an ATI Akita stock or a Blackhawk Knoxx Compstock which is built on the Hogue stock.
