Aubergines à la Parmesane / Eggplants Italian way. Tried. Too watery, lacked distinctive flavor, mushy.


T: Made it and it tastes like a bowl full of queso for dipping chips at a Mexican Restaurant. Not good for a soup. Roasted poblano cheddar soup. Sub veg broth and something lighter than heavy cream!

T:Mushroom Spinach Quiche. Tried. Actually wasn't eggy enough, a bit too much spinach and mushrooms. Also, had to cook veggies down 3x as long as directions. I didn't want to end up with a watery quiche.

Salmon in a Bag

T: Salmon in a Bag - Tin foil, lemon, salmon, butter, salt and pepper - Wrap it up tightly and bake for 25 minutes at 300. Super easy, flavor bland.
