éclair au chocolat. As with people, it's what's inside that counts. The fillings really change depending on the bakery.
galette des rois. Whoever finds the "fève" gets the crown. The fève is a small ceramic object hidden in the pastry. The best pastries have an almond-powder filling. These pastries are only available after Christmas - early January.
