Try out these drills to help you get your press! 👇🏼👇🏼 (Be sure to warm up your wrists and shoulders thoroughly beforehand!) ✔️Downdog to dolphin 10x (both arms at the same time) ✔️Dolphin nose taps 10x ✔️L-sit hold 5-10 breaths (use blocks under hands to start) ✔️Straddle hip lift hold 5-10 breaths (use blocks if needed) ✔️Straight handstand hold 5-10 breaths ✔️Pike handstand hold 5-10 breaths ✔️Straddle handstand hold 5-10 breaths ✔️ Come down in between each handstand to rest @miz.liz in @
