Pilates fundamental! The bridge is a great way to activate the glutes and hamstrings. Think about softening the outsides of your legs and drawing everything up and in through your center. Activate the pelvic floor! Bridge: • Lie supine (on back) with knees bent and feet flat and hip-width apart on the floor. • Neutral pelvis. • Exhale to draw the belly in and begin to sequentially curl the pelvis off the mat.
