Vision board lose pounds

Day 4, June 1st I have lost a total of 5 pounds. I was skeptical at first, of how I would benefit from my new diet, but it works wonders and I am losing over a pound a day. Once I get back to my preferred weight of 120, I'll change things up a bit.

August 24,2017 - I am happily maintaining 125! I am eating 1400 calories daily. I do aerobics, cardio, weights daily.

STATS: 2016 5' 9 1/2" / 54 yr old / Female / 140.4 lbs. GOAL 1: Weight down to 140 lbs. - Done 2/24/16 GOAL 2: Exercise / workout program 30 min. - minimum 3 days/week to start. 1 hr. - 4-5 days/week by February 2017. GOAL 3: Maintain wgt at135 -140 lbs.

60 pounds down!

Update: Sept 28, 2017 Yay! Slowly creeping back up to 125. That’s where I want to be. I am now eating about 1800-2000 cals/daily. This journey has been an interesting one for sure. I never thought I’d be in a position to need to gain weight back. Need?! Sounds crazy after working my rear off for last almost two years to lose 100 pounds. I just went a little too far :)
