I had the most horrible grades in high school with undiagnosed ADHD. Fast forward in Uni, I finally was on meds but the struggle was REAL.
The only thing that meds helped is close down the 50 open tabs in my brain😆 But I was still struggling with my studies.
So I finally decided to invest my time learning HOW TO STUDY. And it paid off!
This post compiles about a brief of every technique I use, I alter between them based on my mood and needs!
