I want to make these ferns happen...I need some fill (dirt or gravel) in the planters. The plastic pots the ferns came in are about one quarter inch too small to sit nicely at the top of the stone planters. Worse case I will make a duct tape "flower frog" and let the pot sit in a duct tape web... Do you have outdoor ferns? How often do you water them?
