Halloween Tic Tac Toe Costume: I picked up this dress from our local good will. 1. I sewed buttons in each square after carefully lining them up properly. 2. Then I hot glued fabric lines found in the sewing section. 2. Then I used Velcro circles on the button and the back of laminated X and O printed from the computer. (I first tried circle magnets but they were not strong enough to hold the letters on) 3. Enjoy the Party and maybe have your friends play a game or two :)
