And even experience poor posture? 😫  While it does help to do some good chest opening stretches (like a doorway pec stretch), it’s probably NOT the full picture. 😏 For most people, they don’t get the long-term relief they’re looking for in their upper back until they start doing thoracic mobility work.  👉👉 And here’s a crazy fact!!! If your thoracic spine is stiff and tight, your LUMBAR spine has to work and move more than it should, which can lead to LOW BACK PAIN!! 😳😢  So it’s a win-win to work on THORACIC MOBILITY. 🙌  👍 These two moves are my favorite for thoracic extension (by the way, I do these after I’ve been sitting for a long time, like in a car or at my desk…does wonders!!): Chest Opening Stretches, Spine Stretches, Chest Tightness, Upper Back Stretches, Upper Body Stretches, Shoulder Rehab, Thoracic Spine, Shoulder Knots, Lumbar Spine
