This is the exact same idea I thought. Of myself, a "chill zone" as cheesy as it is 😂

Each classroom should have a "quiet area." This area can include the library but should be a welcoming and calming space that allows for students to relax and destress throughout the school day. Flexible seating options will be available in the quiet area.

My last classroom had a sensory room. It was basically a little room (about 6 ft. X 5 ft) that we painted the walls black and added a variety of sensory things.
