It all started with this headboard that I found at a charity shop for just £15. After a week of meticulous hand painting, it has turned into the perfect headboard for my daughter’s room. Every brushstroke was a labor of love but it was definitely worth it!

My hand painted flowers. This is a good use of leftover tester pot paint. I added simple dots which you can do with the end of the paintbrush & different colours to add detail. The flowers were just done with strokes of a small paintbrush. The smaller the better as it allows you to be so precise.
