Lighted glass blocks

I do not own a machine like the Cricut, so I am looking for pre cut vinyl for my glass block art projects, does anyone know where I can purchase or order online? I have been to every craft store in my area and some of the ones that are already made don't look right or they are not what I am looking for at all....Please help!

I have hand painted this lighted glass block with a red cardinal perched on a branch. The branches are accented with silver glitter and red berries. I have wrapped a silver ribbon all the way around this 8x8x3 glass block and added a large silver bow on top. I drilled a hole in the back and inserted a 35 light strand. If one burns out, the rest stay lit. This block would be a great tabletop light or even placed under your tree.
