Who doesn't like to send secret messages? People have been doing it for ages. In fact Giovanni Battista Della Porta, an Italian guy who lived about 500 years ago invented what I believe is the most creative way to send a secret message.

Method:

To make the golden reveal potion, mix turmeric powder into some hand sanitiser or rubbing alcohol (around 1/4 tsp is plenty in around 2 tablespoons of the sanitiser). Note: please keep in mind that turmeric can leave stains and protect all surfaces accordingly.

To make the invisible ink, mix around 1 tbsp bicarbonate or baking soda in 1/2 cup water.
