I do this every single day,cause i am getting ready for cheerleading tryouts for school.It has helped me out alot,i can now do my right splits,and im close to my left and middle.When i do a backbend,i can now see my feet.I have been getting really flexible from this,anyone who has questions,feel free to comment!! :) Cheerleading Tryouts, Cheer Flexibility, Cheer Stretches, Cheerleading Tips, Cheerleading Workouts, Cheerleading Workout, Cheer Tips, Flexibility Stretches, Cheer Hacks
