Start in a basketball stance with the ball in either hand. Push the ball across your body as you would with a crossover, but instead of catching it with the other hand, use the hand you began with to push the ball back to the starting position. When done correctly, the ball will move in a "V" pattern. Make sure to work on this with both your dominant & non-dominant hands as shown here.
