How to bind your chest

Just something to help people who want to bind their chests. It may not be as good a result as a normal binder, but those can be expensive or hard to get if you are not out to your family or they do not support you. I don't know how long you can keep it on, but I take it off at least after 8 hours. It might not work for people of larger chests, but I can't speak for them as I am only a 34B. But it can make your chest smaller and help with dysphoria. :) #trans #genderfluid #binding #cosplay

This is kinda dangerous and you really shouldn't do it for prolonged periods... just remember that you won't be completely flat and WILL have a tiny chest that looks like pecks, do not, I repeat DO NOT make your bandage so tight that you can't breath... also make sure you use a stretchy bandage that does not have any padding on it.
