Occasionally we get asked about the life span of a Chest Binder, but first thing first, when was the last time you shopped for a new binder?

Chest binding is one of the most affordable and simple ways for transgender people assigned female at birth (AFAB) or gender-nonconforming people to showcase their gender identities. Just some tips on how to bind safely

This is kinda dangerous and you really shouldn't do it for prolonged periods... just remember that you won't be completely flat and WILL have a tiny chest that looks like pecks, do not, I repeat DO NOT make your bandage so tight that you can't breath... also make sure you use a stretchy bandage that does not have any padding on it.
