This is kinda dangerous and you really shouldn't do it for prolonged periods... just remember that you won't be completely flat and WILL have a tiny chest that looks like pecks, do not, I repeat DO NOT make your bandage so tight that you can't breath... also make sure you use a stretchy bandage that does not have any padding on it.
