You need:
Microwave
Paper towel
Heavy microwave safe dish
Flowers and leaves

Instructions:
-Take a sheet of paper towel and lay your flowers face down.
- Cover with another sheet of paper towel, ensuring that petals are lying flat.
- Place your microwave safe dish on top and press down.
- Microwave in 20-30 second increments, checking your blooms each time to see how they're drying. Continue until they are sufficiently dried.

So much faster than waiting for a week or more in a traditional press and colour is still retained!
