the instructions for how to make a bralet with your own hands and feet,

Just something to help people who want to bind their chests. It may not be as good a result as a normal binder, but those can be expensive or hard to get if you are not out to your family or they do not support you. I don't know how long you can keep it on, but I take it off at least after 8 hours. It might not work for people of larger chests, but I can't speak for them as I am only a 34B. But it can make your chest smaller and help with dysphoria. :) #trans #genderfluid #binding #cosplay

You may have read before about us offering binders to trans masculine and non-binary community members. We've been working on improving our patterns in the background for a year or so and we have one that we are very happy with. We make it in three levels of compression. a bra that is laying on the floor next to someone's feet

This is kinda dangerous and you really shouldn't do it for prolonged periods... just remember that you won't be completely flat and WILL have a tiny chest that looks like pecks, do not, I repeat DO NOT make your bandage so tight that you can't breath... also make sure you use a stretchy bandage that does not have any padding on it. Good luck with binding :) <3

Chest binding is one of the most affordable and simple ways for transgender people assigned female at birth (AFAB) or gender-nonconforming people to showcase their gender identities. However, if you have a larger chest, it can be more challenging to bind your chest. Click here for some tips for binding if you are plus-size or have a large chest: https://www.lgbtqandall.com/how-to-use-a-binder-when-you-have-a-larger-chest/
