Buzzard

The Common Buzzard - Buteo buteo, is a broad-winged raptor which has a wide variety of plumages, whose range covers most of Europe and extends into Asia. Photo by Jorg Gerhards.

Buzzards are scavengers and are the only ones of their kind that don't kill their prey.

Red-tail hawk- I see one almost everyday on my way to work. He sits in a different tree on the same stretch of road.
