With this drill I’m working on floater levels. It’s important to have 1) Low floaters 2) Medium floaters and 3) High floaters.

Most players think every floater has to be insanely high. But victor wembanyama won’t be under the rim every play. Sometimes you are better off using a low or medium level floater because it’s easier and more repeatable. We have to train ALL LEVELS!

For this workout I used the arms from the league length pads (check IG store to purchase) and used some phone holders to attach it to the rim.
