Take the two cords on the right. Loop the loose end of the cords to the left, then up and cross over themselves (to the right). 2

Learn how to create a four strand braid to use in your macrame projects. Visit my website for more macrame info and tips 😉 Method: • Step 1: Start with a multiple of 4 cords hanging down. In this case I used 8. • Step 2: Cross the 2nd set of cords over the 1st set, and the 4th set of cords over the 3rd set. • Step 3: Now take the new 2nd set of cords across (the turquoise) and bring them in front of the 3rd set. • Step 4: Take the set of cords on the right and bring them over the new set of 3rd cords (the turquoise) and down towards the left. • Step 5: Bring the 1st set of cords behind the 2nd set and in front of the 3rd set. • Step 6: Repeat steps 4-5 until the desired length is reached.
