200g cherry tomatoes Handful spinach 1 large whole wheat wrap Small Handful mozarella cheese 4-5 eggs Splash milk Salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS: Place the whole wheat wrap into a cake tin. Add the cherry tomatoes, spinach and cheese on top. • . Whisk 4-5 eggs (enough to cover your fillings) with a splash of milk, season to taste then pour this over the fillings. Dont overfill with egg past the wrap "base" Place the tortilla into the instant vortex. Select bake, then set the temp and time to 165C and 20-25 minutes, Cook until the eggs are set, and a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean without any uncooked egg. Serve hot or cold
