Jan. 17, 1955. The Vancouver Police Department is now using these two new three-wheeled motorcycles which replaced old three-wheelers last week. The new black-and-white machines are equipped with three-way radio, among other advanced devices, allowing the two meter officers to keep in touch with the station and other vehicles.
