Bowtie & Asparagus Pasta~ amazing! I reduced the butter to 4Tbsp, added an extra clove of garlic (we love garlic!) and didn't add the parmesan until the sauce was simmering (you want a creamy sauce, not a sauce with cheese balls in it.) Def. a high calorie side, but it looks beautiful and friends will love it.
