Oatmeal in Balance: 1 cup whole grain steel cut oats 3 cups water 1-2 cups berries Handful of walnuts per bowl Powdered cinnamon Soak oats in water overnight. In the morning, bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to low for 10-20 minutes. Stir consistently for consistency. Stir in cinnamon while cooking. Remove from pot. Pour into bowls with fruit and nuts. Makes four servings.
