Scientists at Stanford University in the state of California say they’ve developed a procedure for making potent liquid ethanol that doesn’t rely on corn or any other crops traditionally involved in the process.
Sparkling Grapefruit Margarita - In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add 2 ounces grapefruit juice, 1 1/2 ounces Cointreau, and 1/2 ounce tequila. Shake well and pour over fresh ice into a salt rimmed glass. Top off with Fresca. Makes 1 drink.
