THE LEE RIDERS - Released in 1972 this album has taken me over 5 years to track down. This is a combination of Southern Rock, SSW and Country Rock. The album was recorded in Morgan Studios London and features 2 future members of the Pure Prairie League - Michael Connor & Mike Reilly. The lead singer and songwriter is Robert Lee although I presently know nothing about him.

Southern Coated Pecans from Food.com: A very old recipe which I might have found in a Junior League cookbook. Sweet with cinnamon and vanilla but not overpowering so you can still taste the pecans. They're very quick to make and nice to include in gift baskets. This is a simple candy recipe that's much more forgiving than most. Total cooking time is about 15 minutes.
