YUM!  2 pounds red skinned potatoes 1 tsp minced garlic t/t kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 2 tbsp olive oil  6 sliced bacon 1/2 cup sour cream 3/4 cup mayonaisse 1/4 cup sour cream 2 tbsp chopped green onions 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
