Veggie shrimp soup I made! High protein with lots of antioxidants plus it's delicious! -Your favorite veggies (I suggest including spinach or kale) -add grated ginger, cilantro & jalapeño (or red pepper flakes) -cook on low heat with seafood broth until veggies are au dente -add pasta (I use Rizoni's Smart Taste b/c it's high in protein and fiber); cook 7 minutes -add shrimp and cook another 5 minutes -Enjoy!!!
