Identifier mangue mûre : la couleur n'a rien à voir ; si quelques TACHES brunes, probablement mûre (mais peut l'être sans les taches) ; ODEUR du fruit doit être présente près de la tige, éviter si elle a une odeur aigre ou d'alcool ; TOUCHER mou mais pas trop ; TEXTURE souvent un peu ridée, mais surtout pas partout, et pas nécessairement ; POIDS plus lourd qu'une pas mûre (prendre une dont on sait qu'elle est verte et comparer son poids avec celle dont on se demande si elle est mûre.
