My favourites include Ahi Tuna Tartare with Crispy Wontons; Marie's Rosemary Nut Crackers; Warm Goat Cheese Salad with Shallot Vinaigrette; Petra's Paella Salad; Warm Red Cabbage Salad with Pancetta and Goat Cheese; Tuscan Style Lemon and Herb Split Chicken; Pistachio and Polenta Biscotti; Lime Yogurt Panna Cotta; Mango Coconut Bread Pudding; Old Fashioned Banana Cake; and I LOVE the Chicken and Wild Rice Soup with Pineapple Currant Chutney!
