ChocoPoire:+carrés de chocolat pdt cuisson+demi-poire pochée/dorée Banane–Dattes : bananes+2-3 dattes hachées+sirop dattes Canneberge:Faire revenir 50g de canneberge+40g sirop d’érable+2 cs eau 10min. I found this in a Diane Mott Davidson mystery book. It is SO easy and flavorful, put it together the night before then cook it on the stove top in the morning. Never a big fan of porridge or oatmeal, this one changed my mind.  I use all sorts of different fruit depending on mood and what is at hand. Apples, blueberries, or banana along with the mentioned dried cherries work perfectly. As do raisins and nuts.  The sitting overnight lets the fruit flavor permeate the oats and milk and you end…

Quinoa Breakfast Porridge: [Modified From Eat & Run by Scott Jurek]  Ingredients: 1 cup dried quinoa 2 cups water 1 cup almond milk 1 ripe peared finely sliced or 1 banana sliced ¼ cup dried coconut flakes 3 T Flora oil ½ t sea salt or light miso ½ t vanilla extract 1 ½ t ground cinnamon Garnish: Raisins, apple slices, and chia seeds or your favorite nuts  Cook quinoa for 15 to 20 minutes until water is absorbed. Place the quinoa and all other ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
