This stuff tastes SO much better than the whey protein mixes out there. I mix one scoop w/ice, water & blueberries and it's delicious! A must after a workout - and only 4 WW points per shake w/20 grams protein. You can get @ Walmart for less than $10 per 14 servings.

I eat six regular meals a day, drink 3-4L of water a day (purified water) and my supplementation is very simple just amazing organic Krill Oil and organic Warrior Whey.
