One of the best perennial ground cover and trailing plant for containers! This has been my favorite! Planted it for a ground cover and in big urns. Came back one year ($ saver!) so beautifully, that we just let the pots fill and drip with it down the stairs and got more compliments on it than anything else! Striking contrast with black containers, and darker plants!
Porte de nombreuses fleurs jaunes et solitaires à l'aisselle des feuilles. Ses feuilles jaunes sont arrondies et opposées. Supporte tout sol, même pauvre ou humide, et même un certain piétinement. Excellent couvre-sol. Croissance rapide.
Lysimachia nummularia ‘Aurea’ (Golden creeping Jenny, Moneywort). This is sold as an annual for pots and hanging baskets, but it's a hardy perennial in my garden surviving snow and frost happily. I have planted it as ground cover and it snakes it's way beautifully around other plants providing a shock of bright lime green contrast.
