Alcohol/Water Base Perfume · 5 teaspoons Vodka · 1 teaspoon Distilled Water · 50-60 drops of your Essential Oil blend Directions: Blend the Vodka and Essential Oils well and pour into a 1oz. dark-colored glass container, that is airtight. Let sit for another 1-2 weeks, shaking the bottle 1-3 times daily to mix the oils.
