Side Plank Crunch -Lie on ur rt side with knees straight, feet stacked. Prop ur upperbody up on rt elbow Raise hips until ur body forms a straight line from ur ankles to shouldrs ur left hand behind your head. Slowly lower ur right hip to the floor as u rotate ur left elb down to ur right hand.
