Maybe it's from my time living in Sweden w/ the heavy use of dill weed, but I loved that fresh element in this salad...only 1 tbs of Veganaise was needed for 4 servings worth of potatoes. I eliminated nutritional yeast.

Green soup bowl (instead of using pre-made dressing.. add the following:  1/4 small onion [caramelized or cooked translucent],  1 garlic clove [lightly sauteed],  1 tsp olive oil,  1 tbsp red wine vinegar,  1/2 tsp oregano,  1/2 tsp basil,  1/4 tsp mustard powder,  salt and pepper to taste)
