Cooked taco meat and added 1 oz cream cheese and a little cheddar to the meat. Boiled the shells and prepared the queso while meat was cooking. Put a layer of queso on the bottom of the pan. Stuffed the shells. Topped with queso and put in the oven for about 10 min at 350. Topped with avocado. Yum!
