Spiced Plum Butter

Spiced Plum Butter @ Food In Jars - oven roasted and "ridiculously easy". Sugar content: 2 C across 6 1/2-pint jars. Marisa used the same method with apricots, so it looks like it'll work with any stone fruit. I'm thinking a shot of Amaretto or brandy wouldn't hurt this any, but I'll be good and make it "as written" first.

Kolaches (adapted from recipes found in Texas Monthly and the Houston Chronicle)...my grandmother made the best toppings, poppyseed, prune, apricot and pineapple! Great memories
