Flor de Caña Grand Reserve (7 year) (Compañia Licorera de Nicaragua, Chichigalpa, Nicaragua) - Flor de Caña rum first appeared on the market in 1937 and has been produced in Nicaragua ever since. Their Grand Reserve is a 7 year old, dry Spanish-style rum, aged in used whiskey barrels imported from the United States. Their entire “flower of the cane” line has been well-awarded, and this one is no exception. (via boozenik.com)
