My version:  4 eggs;  1 cup yogurt or kefir;  1 tsp herbamare salt;  2 cloves crushed garlic; 1/2 tsp baking powder, mix well in mixer; add 1/4 c flaxseed meal;  1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp coconut flour;   1/3 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese.  Made 6 individuals.  bake at 350 15 min.  When rebaked with toppings, the crust got nice crispy tasty edges.
