"caramelized fennel adds a subtle sweetness, fresh tomatoes add a good tanginess, while spanish chorizo kicks up the flavor by adding the perfect amount of heat and heartiness". in her share, she chooses to go for soy chorizo, but my preference was real deal spanish chorizo (next time around i am thinking that mexican chorizo might be a cool riff to apply).
